    My Xbox Console was just randomly & wrongfully banned… can someone help me with this please!? I’ve done nothing wrong! I can’t believe it. I’ve been with you guys for 15+ years. I was in the middle of a game on FC25, then randomly my connection disconnected & a message popped up on my screen telling me “this console is banned”… I can’t believe it! There has been a major huck up your end & now I can’t even contact customer support because Microsoft have made it impossible to speak to an actual human being. I’m absolutely fuming & livid right now. No way are you guys just going to randomly ban my xbox due to some technical fault, the thing cost me £450! I’ve tried contacting customer support but it’s been hopeless, I’ve tried googling for answers & apparently it’s happened to many people in the past… this is not acceptable… if you can’t unban my Xbox Console then I expect you guys to replace it with a new one because this is absolutely sickening when I know I’ve done NOTHING WRONG. I’M LEGIT. No weird activity! Just a hardcore gamer that smashes FC25! WTH! >:/

    My xbox console just randomly got banned a couple days ago. Don't no why. Xbox support wont help me or tell me anything. I haven't done anything wrong here. Someone please help me.

    That sounds great and all but I called them immediately and was directed here. The fact that I was wrongfully *** out of hundreds of dollars I've invested in my console is gross enough but I can't even talk to to someone over the phone that can help me is
    unbelievable. Everywhere I go they just refer me to where I was before and I keep walking in circles. I think it's pretty obvious enough that this is a mistake due to me not receiving any email or notification about ANY enforcement whatsoever. All I do on
    Xbox is hang out with my friends. I have not done any worthy of being banned or suspended whatsoever. Someone please help me through this
