My Xbox connects to wifi but Xbox live won't work I can't down load games or go on the web...

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please restart your console and router by powering off your Xbox and unplug your router for about 30 seconds.

Plug the router back in, wait for it to fully restart, and then turn on your Xbox.

And then test network connection. Go to "Settings" > "General" > "Network Settings" on your Xbox.

Select "Test Network Connection" to check if your console is properly connected to the internet.

Next is to clear alternate MAC address. To do this, go to "Settings" > "General" > "Network Settings."

Select "Advanced Settings" > "Alternate MAC Address" > "Clear."

Restart your console when prompted.

Then make sure that your Xbox is running the latest system update. Go to "Settings" > "System" > "Updates" and check for updates.

Having this issue for the 3 days. My Xbox connects to my WiFi network but has no internet connection. I believe it could be a router configuration issue.

My Laptop is connected to WiFi and works searching the Web.

My iPhone connects to WiFi and can load the web, Instagram, etc. but cannot load Twitter App.

Comcast TV is working.

I have tried signing out and signing in, hard restarting Xbox, and unplugging router and plugging in. All of this to no avail.

I have used my phone as a mobile HotSpot and it allowed for me to get online but could not play multiplayer games due to AT&Ts bad network making your Nat strict.

Any ideas?

lost connection today its not the router i tried connect on several wifi devices all devices connect but won't connect to xbox live i can't connect with my achievements because of this and this is only 360 only other xbox devices connect
