My Xbox Communications got Banned

My gamer tag is , I was banned on communications twice this week. I’d like to appeal to my second ban. I was being harassed by some salty players and slipped up a derogatory word. It wasn’t a cuss word but I got communications banned and the other
two people that were harassing me never got banned. Can I please get my communications back.

Xbox live enforcement team does no do the job well

I got my intire Xbox live account banned cannot even play for bag language when my account was already communications banned good investigation enforcement team

Communication Ban

ive have been communication banned and for no reason i as in a party with my friends and all of a sudden i got communication banned im still rethinking why i got xbox 1 i thinking of going to ps4 after this because this is ridiculus im am very sayd and hopefully
some xbox worker comes to my aid and helps me i jut got off of communication ban noww im back on it

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement actions. If you are still experiencing the enforcement you'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon. From
there you can open a case review with the PET.

As for the Ambassador program the requirements to be in the program state that you cannot have had a previous enforcement action. Please check the FAQ's for more information on the program and it's requirements.

The Legacy

Xbox overturned my false bans and gave me a code for Xbox Live Gold, but the problem is still present. I just got another communication ban.

So i called my friend a jerk and i got com banned for 2 weeks!!

If you got communication banned for an xbox message then that means your friend reported your message.
