    my xbox communication ban is wrong


    i applied for a case review on my communication ban and they upheld the decision. I feel this is completely wrong. The notes left by the enforcement team official i feel are wrong. "Homophobic slurs and other harassing remarks" was stated in the notes but
    there are no account of these.

    Hello,my name is and i got banned from Communication for no reasion so please read the post to understand my problem.

    I played Rocket League and i lost against the player "[Mod Removed]" and after i left he started to chat and pm-spam me. after a long conversation with him i told him to [Mod Removed] because he was very annoying and didnt stop spamming. He then said that
    he will report me because of my swearing,but the thing is he also insultet me in the chat so why do you all dont do something against him?

    AND LATER in the chat we both said that we are sorry so why do you ban me even though i said that im sorry for my actions.

    Please unban me,i dont want to wate 2 weeks until i can finally play with my friends again,playing alone is pretty frustrating and depressing.

    Communication Ban was wrong

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    If the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do. You'll have to wait out the suspension.

    Unfortunately there's none. If the appeal can't be made on the site, there isn't an alternative. You'll sadly need to wait it out. Sorry about that.

    • There is an appeal button but I am unable to click on it. It is a communications ban that lasts 72 hours and should allow an appeal but the button itself is green but cant be clicked. Any ideas, Mr. Jesse?

    That's where you'll see the type of ban, the duration and if you can appeal it. Support cannot assist with issues of bans or suspension.
