    I completed the Xbox game pass competition for a €5 Xbox code but it’s for the usa and not uk I’ve spoke to many people about it to And they’ve a all sent me different places

    I earned a Xbox code it’s worth $5 but I’m in the uk and it don’t work when I put the code in because it’s in a different country

    I don't think you're lying, just pointing you in the right direction. Phone and chat support don't handle promotions at all so they typically have incorrect information regarding them and exactly where to get help sometimes. A lot of times they just automatically
    assume it's part of a rewards program offer and send people to this forum. But Xbox promotions are separate and there is a separate forum for those.

    Hey there,

    Did you happen to do a region migration from the US on your Xbox Live account shortly before you received the code? If your account region was set to the US during the promotion period, that's why you would have received a code for the US.

    Unfortunately we are unable to replace codes for currency with a different currency over the forums.
