My xbox code has been rubbed off. I need a new code to request

You would need to contact G2A regarding the issue, If the Code has already been used Xbox Support will not issue a new code you would need to request a new code from G2A or Request a Refund from them

Check out the Troubleshoot gift card and code issues support page, there is a link to Request
a new digital code however this may not work in your situation as the code is rubbed off.

If these support pages are not helpful, you may need to get in touch with Xbox Support via
https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

They may be able to suggest a solution.

I’ve tried requesting a repair but its asking for the controller PID number which has unfortunately has been rubbed off.

I have the same problem, code from Gamescom not rubbed and according to support, the code was redeemed 1 month ago. I'm pissed off!
