    My xbox card isn't working???!!!


    So my mom bought me a controller for Christmas and I immediately ripped open the box and connected it and threw the box in my closet not thinking much about it. While I was cleaning my room today I found out that it had a free 14-day ultimate pass in the box. So I went to redeem it and it said it had been redeemed already!! What do I do???

    have you had ultimate before as those cards are for new subscribers, years ago games and accessories always came with a free trial card but only for new customers, if you have already had the service or have it now then you will not be able to use it.

    It just lists my card as Declined. The card details are correct, the card works fine - I got money out of the atm today.

    The problem isn't on my end.
