My Xbox can’t log in any help???

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

First, remove your account from the Xbox.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > Account
   > Remove accounts.
3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.
   
4. When you're finished, select Close.

Then, go ahead and do a hard restart and power cycle to
the console. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds or until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and wait 60 seconds before turning on the Xbox.

When the Xbox turns on try adding your account again which will prompt your account email address and password.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Scroll to the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select
   Add new.

This will only work if you have a stable network connection to XBLive.

Check your NAT type at Network Settings. Let us know at says there

Have you tried to connect on xbox.com and try do https://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/microsoft-account/lost-password-solution Incase
the password has been changed to some degree.

Check your network hardware is working. Power cycle your network hardware before turning console back on.
