my xbox cant download profiles

yestraday my xbox froze and i turned it off the next moring i turned it on i tried to sign in my account and it said 0 profiles and ive being looking for answers i went to my storage and nothing was there it said 0 mb and i tried downloading my account
again it said sorry you can not download any profile right now try again later please help me

Ok basically i cant download it on someones xbox i cant on mine what i do is i go to log in download profile type in my adress email and then my password it downloads like 15-20% and then stops with the error message "xbox cant download profiles right now"

Hey there, so is the storage device you're using an official Xbox product or a 3rd party? Also have you tried downloaded your profile onto something like a USB? This should hopefully narrow the issue and at least see if it is the storage device.

if you have an hard drive on/in the console then please remove it and then install it again via the steps mentioned here:

support.xbox.com/.../add-remove-hard-drive

If that doesn't help then something happened to your storage device, which most likely must be formatted again. Formatting will erase anything on the hard drive, which is most likely already inaccessible in your situation.
