    My Xbox broke


    My Xbox for some reason cannot download games anymore. They get to 67% and just stop. I uninstall games to make room to install other ones but when I went to play Madden, I uninstalled every game but to to see if the room on the Xbox was the problem, but
    it wasn't. Then I tried installing Call of Duty Black Ops 3 and that got to 67% and stopped. Can someone please tell me what's going on?

    question about a broken xbox

    Good morning,

    A few weeks ago my xbox one broke. Something with the power supply inside the the xbox was broke. Since it was out of warranty I decided to buy a new one.

    The only problem is that when my xbox broke it was on with a game inside. Since the xbox will not power on now, how do I get the game out? I know I could smash it open, but I don't want to damage the disc. Anyone have any ideas how to get it out?

    Buddy broke my modded controller

    Wow, that sucks. I would think your buddy should have offered to pay for it if he busted it. I would certainly make him bring his own controller if you ever plan on gaming with him again.

    My Xbox broke

    Hello! I have a couple of solutions for you.

    1. Hard reset: Do this by holding the power button on the front of the console until it turns off the unplug from outlet for 1 minute then plug back in and power back on and try again. If that doesn't work try solution 2.

    Solution 2. Factory reset. Go to setting, console and updates and choose factory reset. Be sure you choose to keep everything and your console will restart and hopefully resolve the issue

    The router may have different settings for the two consoles. Check if there are any special settings made in the router configuration for the MAC address of the Xbox 360 that has an open NAT.
