    Ok so yesterday my nephew spilled water all over my Xbox and completely fried the circuit cos i got ring of death and because i did not have a warranty on it anymore my brother had to buy me a new Xbox but when i put my hard drive into the new one and i
    did all the updates and stuff to get online i went to my games and all my games where only as trial games so i went to game details thinking i could just re download them all but then it said i had to buy them all again so then i checked my map packs to make
    sure and i had to buy them all again too so clearly i have been robbed by Microsoft and now i'm *** off so if there is anyway you can give me them back that would be great thanks.

    It won't let me re-download the first strike map pack for Black Ops?

    So, on my old xbox, i had bought all the map packs and everything was fine. Then my xbox broke, so i bought a new one, the newer ones with a built in hard-drive. On my newer xbox, i re-downloaded my profile and my brother's profile and it let me re-download
    3 out of the 4 map packs, but for my brother, he had every map pack, without re-downloading anything.. The first strike map pack was the one i couldn't re-download. Im kind of frustrated that it says i have to pay an additional 1200 msp points , even though
    i already payed for it... Please help. Thanks

    I recently bought a New Xbox 360 and when I put my old hard drive I was unable to get all the map packs I had recently bought on my old Xbox 360 for black ops 2 how do get them back without paying for them again ??

    Make sure you're redownloading from your download history and not the marketplace -

    support.xbox.com/.../redownload-content

    Since you got a new console, you will also want to do a license transfer -

    If the content does not show in your download history, then it usually means you did not purchase the content on that account. If you're 100% positive it was purchased with that account, you would need to contact support directly. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're

    I have just had this same problem my old console broke so I bought the new Xbox 360 e, did a license transfer but on Xbox movies it says I used up my license and I cant re-download or stream them...this is on a different hard drive and console as I deleted
    them on my old one to make room on it, as this hard drive is 320GB and my old one is 250GB.

    license transfer issue.

    it was purchased with my account. it was bought and downloaded on my old console. That console broke, so i bought a new one. the dlc is on my hard drive. since i can't renew the licenses by re-downloading the dlc (due to it being removed from the store entirely).
    I can no longer access the dlc at all, even though the dlc data is on my hard drive.

    Yeah I think they discontinued them because mine broke and my XBOX SLIM is brand new only had it for 4 months now I have to buy a new hard drive and all they have is 320gb which is like $130.If you buy a XBOX slim with a 250gb hard drive new your hard drive's
    warranty is only for 90 days your console is for 1 year.
