    My Xbox bank


    Hello, fellow xboxians. I'm gonna get straight to the point. I made a new account, added 100.00 dollars to it. Now of course I need Xbox live. So I go to the subscriptions and I can't use the money from my cards. Can someone please help me? Greatly appreciate

    My bank card?

    I was informed this morning that my card connected to my bank account B.O.A was compromised. This is the card that is associated with my live account. My account was renewed not to long ago, what steps do I need to take to keep from having an interupted
    service?

    Contact BOA support and check your alert history, it will tell you to call a number and you will have to provide them your info about your recent transactions.

    this has happened to me before

    Purchasing Xbox Live Gold can be done the same way it has always been done. You will need a credit card/paypal or you can purchase prepaid Xbox Live Gold subscription cards. This is the way it has always been. The funds in your account are for games,
    dlc, movies, TV shows, and music. It says so right on the cards.

    I've this problem too!!! Xbox support are insistent that my card is being refused by my bank. My bank are totally happy to release funds, the funds are in my account and the bank says no one has tried to put a payment through. Driving me mad.

    [/quote]Contact the number on the back of your credit card. Let them know which recent transactions you made and which ones you didn't. Then, follow these

    instructions     for removing a payment option from your Xbox LIVE account.
