My Xbox appears to be broken

So my Xbox was making an odd noise all day today, and now it seems to have stopped functioning correctly. No matter what I do, the TV doesn't seem to realize that the Xbox is online. I tried switching HDMI cables, I tried two different TVs. I can't seem
to get the Xbox to send out any signal to the TV. On top of this the button that scans for controllers in order to synchronize them, appears to have stopped functioning completely. Weirdly though, My Disk tray is still working just fine, the power button kinda
works. The power button works if you use the cold reset, hold it for ten seconds thing, but the general touch button to turn off has zero effect. I have no flippin' clue what's going on, if somebody could please help me, that would be great

hdmi port issues

Hi, the hdmi port on xbox 360 appears to be broken, anyone know how i can replace this at all?

UNO appears to be broken. no games will start

hey sorry i had to go to work, but basically every game i joined would count down to 0 and not launch. people would pop in and out of the games, and when there were 4 of us, it would count down to 0 and not launch. Happened on games where I was the 1st one
in, or when i joined others. People were all complaining, so I doubt it was my own individual game cache that prevented all those other people from playing.

important: I only attempted to play online ranked matches. not sure if single player and/or unranked matches worked or not. Who plays those??

do you have the broken controller plugged into your xbox?

if not try plugging it in and it should appear

I've changed my gamerpic to one that I've unlocked in-game. I can see the image on my xbox but it appeared as a broken image on xbox and everywhere else.

Yup, this appears to have broken with the latest update. I'll add this to the list of bugs and mention it in my update post on here.

With all these broken games, broken patches, broken firmware updates, network outages and now this problem, which Microsoft doesn't give a slightest as it appears, I'm done with Xbox. I'm selling the lot and just give up on console gaming. It's scandalous
how we are treated as gamers lately.
