my xbox app wont sign in no matter what i do.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Since it sounds like the console is unresponsive, let's have you try factory resetting your console using the

offline system update tool. Hopefully that can help get you guys back online. If that doesn't do the trick, unfortunately the console may be in need of repairs. If it comes down to that, that process can be initiated via the
Online Service Center.

@JeeLee007X I tried doing exactly what you said but it still gives me same problem. i click sign in on the project spark app and it takes me to microsoft xbox website and i sign in and im at xbox home page and it wont ask me to accept any agreement so i
just go back to app and it tells me im not signed in and so it takes me back to xbox website again

There are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot this issue:

Step 1: Sign out all accounts signed in your PC including the one that you're trying to sign in on your Xbox app.

Step 2: Run the troubleshooter for Windows Apps on your computer by clicking the Run troubleshooter button on this link. This process will check and resolve common issues with the apps on your PC.

Step 3: Click on this link for the steps to perform a clean boot. This process will start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows.

Step 4: Reset the Windows Store to clear the Store cache.

Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.

Click on Command prompt (Admin).

Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.

Step 5: Uninstall and reinstall the Xbox App to update it.

Click Start, and then type Windows Power Shell on the search box.

Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage.

Hit Enter.

Launch the Windows Store and download the Xbox App.

Step 5 is the one that usually most effectively solves this issue, so please give it a try! And after doing it, reboot your PC!
