My Xbox app won't show my messages. Please help!!!

I have a Windows 10 phone and Windows 10 pc, and on both the Xbox App will not show my messages. There is no error code, just a simple message that states: Try again - we had trouble getting your conversations. My phone has been doing this for 4 weeks,
and my pc just started doing it today. I can't find anything that points to a solution or a reason why this is happening. I can still send messages from my Xbox One, but that gets frustrating after a while.

I did try to call customer support, but I got shuffled around 6 times because the representatives couldn't understand the issue I was having. So I finally hung up after the 6th transfer.

Please, anyone, what is wrong with my Apps on my phone & pc???

Messages don't show up in app anymore

My Xbox messages don't show up in the app anymore and when I select that location in the app the entire app freezes. It was working before the latest update. Please help.

 

Phone WiFi hotspot

I've used this app before you connect my Xbox 1 to WiFi but that's was about a month ago Abbas I just tried it again but it won't work. My WiFi name won't even show up when I try to add wireless network.. please help

I can send messages on my phone, but not my Windows 10 Xbox app. This has happened since the developers update. I am not behind any firewall that would prevent this. My reputation is excellent.

 

I have the same issue. It has been happening since the last Windows 10 update. I have tried SO many things. Am currently running the sfc scan now to see if any system files are missing or corrupt...yes, this is how far I have gone to attempt to fix things.
