My Xbox App won't load. What do I do to fix it??

So I tried resetting the data, uninstalling, that powershell stuff, everything I saw around the internet, but nothing works. My Xbox app just opens on the black screen with non-pulsating Xbox logo, then stays open for a few seconds and closes. I also tried accessing my games via the desktop shortcuts but when I do it says, "Cannot open app, check WIndows Store for more info about ____." So, I literally cannot access any of my gamepass games, or my xbox app in general. I have tried every last resort I could.

I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble when trying to open the Xbox app.

Not only that, but I have seen similar reports from other players about the same issue. However, I would like to suggest these potential solutions, maybe one of them will help you.

Note: Skip the ones you already tried.

A. Perform a clean boot in your PC, once restarted, try again.

B. Run the Gaming Services repair tool and then try again.

C. Search “Services” by using the Windows search functionality and look for the following services:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

For each service: Right-click on the service > Properties.
In Startup Type, set the service to Automatic.

If the service isn’t started, click Start > Apply > OK to save changes, restart your PC and try again.

Note: In case GamingServices can't be modified, skip that one.

None of these fixed the issue. Xbox app still infinitely loading and the Microsoft Store install button can be pressed, but it won't install or do anything.

I'm having a lot of problems too, my Xbox is connected to the internet but won't run any games or apps online. I do diagnostic and it says everything is fine. If I do eventually manage to load a game the Xbox crashes and turns itself off. I can't do anything
now as it won't respond to the controller.

Have you tried to connect a LAN cable? Did it work? Just for testing purposes.

If nothing works, you may need to send the console for repairs.
