Anas, do you have another PC in your house?
If yes, can you try to remote play from there to see if the issue persist?

Or if you have mobile data in your phone, try sharing internet via wifi hotspot and connect both PC and console in that way and test

In the meantime, double check your NAT type for both PC and Xbox

PC: Download the Xbox console companion app from the store > once downloaded go to settings > network

Xbox: Go to settings > general > network config

i've tried to remove the app and install it and i've tried to make sure that my console is available to connect with other devices and nothing change

but a good thing that if ive try to connect the console with the phone app its work preaty good but on my pc dose not working it giving me a black screen just when i try to connect

I've done a lot of testing of this issue and just want to make sure that the xbox team is aware or at least investigating it. It doesn't seem to be super widespread, but if you do some searching, you can find lots of different posts (reddit, xbox forums, windows feedback hub) with people having this problem.



The basic gist is that Xbox Series Remote Play to PC is not working correctly. When you launch it from the Xbox app on a PC, you get the spaceship animation, and then the screen turns black and nothing will be displayed. You do get audio though, as you can hear various interface sounds as you press buttons. After about a minute you will get disconnected.

I'm connected to the same network as my Xbox, but it still doesn't work. Maybe this is because I'm trying to use remote play on the Xbox app on my PC?
