My Xbox App is permanently broken.

You shouldn't have to worry about that because with a mod enabled it is a separate Save File.

But then again, the way most Achievements are broken or have some issue on the Xbox One I'm not sure if I would risk having a permanently broken Achievements in Game either.

Um, I still cannot complete some quest because Xbox Game Pass quest is not registering it. There is nothing that can be done about it. No troubleshooting works. I think my profile is permanently broken from completing some missions in Xbox Game Pass.

What should I do if someone else had access to my account and had broken the terms and conditions while using my account? Is it still my fault that my account got permanently banned?

Its not broken. The Xbox one friends app is broken they are working on a fix now ... supposedly
