1. Open PowerShell as administrator.

2. Enter this command -> netsh interface tcp show global.

3. For me, the "Receive Window Auto-Tuning Level" was set to disabled.

4. To enable it, enter this command -> netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal

5. You can enter the command at step 2 to validate that the Auto-tuning is set to "normal"

Launch the Xbox app and start the download again.

Being launch day, it's going to be slow at first because of the flood of traffic.

Still terrible download speeds today, I'm literally getting 0B/S sometimes with 350Mbps down

The link you sent is directed towards the Xbox console... This doesn't apply to the PC.

I am currently trying to download Quake 4, It's not downloading and says 0B/S . It will eventually start but im not sure when.

10 mins later and it finally started. Not sure why there is such a huge delay on the app, speeds are inconsistent. goes from 400kbps to 1.3mbps, 60 mbps, then down to 6mbps. No other gaming client I ahve behaves like this.

Would a Firewall in ESET Internet security do this?

Thank you for the tips, I do note that these tips are for a actual Xbox whereas I use PC Xbox App. So definitely no games running. My brother uses actual Xbox in our house and his speeds are fine, over 30 mb/s it only seems to be the PC Xbox app that is slow at downloading (as noted I download games from Steam on same PC and speed is fine). Any recommendations?
