My xbox app and game bar are not working.

Game Bar and Xbox app conflict withneach other so bad. Once I installed Game Bar i had to remove Xbox App. But in the last two weeks Game Bar is working really bad. It refuses to let me join party chats. I send invites to party chat as well do not work.
I tried to go back to xbox app since i can not tolerate half working software, and now Xbox app half works. No notification comes up at all for Xbox app but Game Bar persists even when i shut it of. I wanted uninstall Game Bar but you cant.

Game Bar is cool and all but not worth it. How do i get rid of it?

Ive tried the xbox game bar, xbox companion app, and xbox game pass apps, none have worked

It works with game bar but I prefer it for xbox app

Hey I posted this at the end of this thread but im pasting it to you as well - I found the problem but not sure of an "actual fix". I have had this issue since the updates as well, what I think is happening is that the xbox app is trying to over ride the game bar. So basically when you minimize game bar, your pc is trying to give the xbox app control but when you

re-open your game bar, your pc thinks you want to operate in side game bar and gives mic access back into there. So it keeps switching mic access back and forth. Its funny i uninstalled the xbox app as well as uninstall xbox app overlay and now my game bar works fine with no gold triangle. When i redownload either of the 2 apps the problem comes back. So the problem is in the apps. Can someone provide the fix for that? Let me know - Thanks

Delete those 2 apps and my money is on your game bar will start working again.

To enable Xbox Game Bar to run in the background on Windows 11, you can follow these steps:

1. Open Settings and click on Gaming.

2. Click on Xbox Game Bar and turn on the option to Open Xbox Game Bar using a keyboard shortcut.

3. Go back to Apps and select Apps & features.

4. Search for Xbox Game Bar and select Advanced options.

5. Make sure the Background app permissions are turned on.

If the app is still not working, try repairing or resetting it. You can also press Windows + G to open Xbox Game Bar.
