My xbox acting weird, possibly broken

So, I have an Xbox one X and in the last few months this situation getting worse, now I play a game or use an app for at least an hour it crashes me straight to the home screen and after that the part of the home screen doesn't load ( the part that requires
online connection). After this the system becomes very slow and doesn't matter what I want to start it won't work and after a while the whole system freeze and I cannot do anything. I switch my Xbox off by holding the power button for a bit longer, I unplug
the power cable and I'm waiting a few seconds. At this point usually 2 things happens, 1. it powers back up like nothing happened (this happens less and less now) 2. the system starts in troubleshooting mode and I have reset my console get it work again. When
I go through this my X1X works fine for a day or two, but than it happens again, I'm really fed up with this cycle and I have no idea what to do, can anybody help?

First of all, thank u very much for everybody who tried to help.

I have to say I was lucky, I found out that the place I bought it from offered 24 month warranty instead of the standard 12 months with microsoft. So yesterday I took it to them, they tested it, and it was the cooling system which was not effective enough.
So I had a replacement today.

Yeah, I forgot the UK isn't fully part of Europe

If you buy in the EU it's illegale for a company to offer less than 2 years warrant so we do get 2 years. I'm sorry.

I was thinking this first too, so after the first occasion I put it out in the open to make sure nothing blocks the fans and it has free airflow

The problem is the warranty according to the xbox website expired in january

Hi Szaba,

Sorry for the issue with your console turning off. Just a shot to help out as it will not hurt the console. Try a

soft factory reset in case there is something software related causing this. When selecting reset console, do the one that says reset and keep games and apps. If this doesn't help try setting a fan up to blow directly on the console while you play see if
it stays on longer. If it does, you know that there a fan not working correctly to cool it off properly.
