    My Xbox Accout is gone!


    My GT: Exile Krow is destroyed somehow! When I try to log in with my password, it doesn't let me and redirects me to an email to a Chinese website I've never seen before! When I called customer support, I didn't even get a verification email
    and my phone number didn't work either!

    Please help me with this issue, I have years of games on this account I no longer have access to!

    im sure that my problem is linked with the xbox one, i have just managed to download a third accout that has never touched the xbox one, but the two accouts that have will not recover!

    Child accouts have to be changed by the adult supervisor of the accout. And by you trying to change it sent a notification to that accout
