    I've been on here on my account for more than 3 years but yet the 1 never changes. I consider this as a big deal. Can you fix this. i believe i called about this b4 but nothing happened.. anyways HAVE A NICE cold DAY!!!!

    when i conect to my account at xbox 360. it show me that my account is 4 years old but on xbox one its 3 years old . whats wrong?

    I had xbox Live for about 3 1/2 years now, Over the years I made tons of xbox live accounts just to play on and my main one got banned. I delete a lot of the accounts years ago off my xbox I curently have 4 gold accounts me and my family have and some of
    silver accounts. Will I get banned in anyway because of the accounts I made over the years? Iv'e never been console banned.

    My XBox account years.

    If you are talking of the tenure that changes on the anniversary of the creation of the account so long as you have a Gold membership active. If you do not have a Gold membership active then it will wait.

    If you are talking of the 1 on your gamercard to the left of your post then that increases the more you post on the forums.

    No not that . the 1 beside my gamertag ON xbox 360 ITS BEEN 1 like forever. again i have been on xbox ever since 2010 but yet tthe 1 never changes im asking them to fix this bug on my account. My account has een registered on xbox ever since 2010. i should
    have 3 years about fo go on 4 i signed up on march 2010 . they can check also. please fix my problem

    How do I recover my Xbox account when the Microsoft account was deleted?

    I logged into my Xbox in the first time in several years and it is prompting me to sign into my Microsoft account that I deleted many years ago. I have the username and there are a few games on that account, and I know what the email address is, how do I recover my xbox account and attach it to an active Microsoft account?
    As stated the Microsoft account IS the Xbox account and vice versa so if you deleted the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox account then you essentially deleted your Xbox account along with it.
