    My Xbox account won’t link with my Warner Brothers account


    I tried to connect my Xbox account to my Warner bothers account but it keeps saying that “this account is already linked to a Warner account” which doesn’t make any sense because i use the same email as my Xbox account

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox Communities Forum. The message you're receiving means your Xbox account has been linked to a different WB Games account already; you'll need to sign in to that account instead.

    Warner Brothers account connections are made on their system, so if you can't find the correct account, I suggest contacting their support for further assistance: https://wbgamessupport.wbgames.com/hc/requests/new

    you have to sign into warner brothers account via their website and unlink, it cannot be done from the Microsoft side.

    Ya, there is no way to relink it because the xbox icon disappears, so I have to make a new ubisoft account and link it to my xbox account? Ok, I will try this out and get back to you. But won’t making a new ubisoft account reset my progress? Edit: I have

    Unfortunetly this is not going to happen. We, nor the staff here, have contact with the Xbox Live policy and Enforcement team. Your brother will need to wait the suspension out before he is ale to use his Xbox Account again.

    He can make an appeal on https://enforcement.xbox.com and apologize in the appeal, if he wanted to say sorry. This is also the only way you can contact the Enforcement team.
