I had a xbox live account stolen from me. I did not tell him my email and password and he still stole my account. The email was

fyi your not supposed to share your account for the purpose of sharing downloads

it is considered a marketplace theft

This is not me someone has stolen my xbox and trying to reset it.

If your console was stolen you need to be more concerned than your “home” console.

But why has my main account been banned instead of the account he sold to me. Plus on the email I was sent from Xbox it says it was theft which is proposterous I haven't stolen anything

I have not read anything reliable to indicate account information was stolen from Xbox Live. Those stolen accounts from Lulzsec have nothing to do with Live.
