    My xbox account was reset??


    So my nephew got an Xbox one and told me I could add my account to play GTA V online. When I added an account and signed into my Microsoft account with email and password, it gave me a whole new account!!! I can't access the one I've been using for the past
    3 years!! My gamer tag is hpr17, NOT VerboseJet887963!!!! Can someone help? I can't find my hpr17 profile anywhere, when I sign into xbox.com it's the account that shows up with my name and information, and when I sign into Microsoft it's the same thing. I'm
    not VerboseJet! I'm hpr17 and I NEVER reset my account. What's happening?! I can still use my hpr17 on my xbox 360, but it won't let me transfer to the xbox one and I did exactly what my nephew did and his works fine. Also I noticed my birthdate was changed
    from 1993 to 1962! I didn't do this!

    Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
    that is accurate up to yesterday morning. We are currently working on getting this information up to date to this morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.
