    My xbox account was perma-banned because cheaters tricked my brother into recovery. Pls help


    A little over a year ago I allowed my younger brother to use my account and he was tricked into recovery by people who used cheats. Long story short, the account was banned over a year ago and it won't let me submit a case review. I am not as worried about

    Xbox one banned from multiplayer?

    So on every account i can sign into xbox live just fine but i can't play Xbox one multiplayer games and i can't send messages i recently had four of my accounts perma banned from xbox live and i dont know if my xbox is perma banned from playing xbox one
    games or if its temporary? Any help would be amazing. I can play backwards compatible games just fine too.

    Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If you're no longer able to submit a review, there is nothing else you can do. This is why it's against the code of conduct to share your account.

    Cheaters should get a perma ban right away, no first warning is needed IMO.
