My xbox account was hacked

cuz some money on the Xbox one will has keep hacking into my account cuz it goes straight to the place station and see who's hacking into my account

player hack my xbox live account players name on xbox live is [Mod removed] plz try to ban this players

send a message before hack my account say:i hack your account u offline wow the security on xbox live is no good i repport this players and it me have no account

The hacker hacked my mail, but I was able to return the hacked mail, but the hacker managed to change Activision's mail to his own, and now to restore my account, I need to log in to Activision through my xbox, which is linked to the hacked Activision

I think, what in Russia it is hard to find rent no hacked consoles

If I log in on a hacked console - my account in xbox live will be blocked?

but thats what im not completely sure about. im not sure if it was completely changed. and i already locked my account cuz my profile was hacked. they should already know that its my profile considering they know that i didnt hack my own my account. i also
dont want to lock my account for an investigation for no reason. the last time i got hacked, i locked it and the person that hacked my invited me to his own party and told me the email and password. I recovered it onto my xbox but couldnt play on the profile
