My xbox Account was banned when i wasn't even logged onto it for months, now i cant get back ...

My other gamertag associated with another email address and Microsoft account completely, has been banned when i haven't even logged on to the account in many months, so now when i get my sweet brand new Xbox One in the mail, i wont even be able to play
on my old account. Please help me get my account unbanned, this is insane, as I have no idea what even happened to get my account banned in the first place.

My xbox account keeps saying invalid email or password but i can log on to my account on my computer?

i havent played online in over a yr, last time i played my account was about 4ish months ago playing offline, but logged onto my account, and for some reason i cant log into my account now, i havent done anything to get banned (that im aware of), i dont
think ive been hacked, i even tried changing my password for my account using my computer and it still says invalid, im connected to the internet ive tested it 3 times, reset the console 3 times, i currently dont have xbox live but thats because i cant even
log in

cant download xbox live account (error code 800704DC)

Whats up with this i cant even download my main account onto my Xbox it wasn't work-in at first because my info wasn't up to date now when i try to re-download my account onto my Xbox wtf is going on with this stuff

You can view your ban by logging into
enforcement.xbox.com and from there you can file a case review if the ban is eligible.

I did that and appealed it, but i have absolutely no idea what happened still!? Im very sad this happened because i have spent thousands at least on the Xbox Marketplace and to have all that gone would be devastating to me.

Same here i log on to my account get update, get signed out and get error and now cant even sign back into xbox live
