Customer support is unable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions. They can’t discuss your account and don’t have access to enforcement details. If you need assistance, go to https://enforcement.xbox.com to view your enforcement history or start a case review if applicable.

If your enforcement action meets the criteria, here’s how you submit a case review:

1. Sign in to enforcement.xbox.com with the Microsoft account that received the enforcement action.
   
2. Select the orange box with the handshake icon.
   
3. Find the active enforcement action you have a question about, and then select Apply in the green box.
   
4. Select the check box that you’ve read and agree with the Terms of Use, and then select Agree.
   
5. Answer the questions in a short questionnaire. These questions help gauge your understanding of the Code of Conduct, Community Standards for Xbox, and associated policies.

My account with the gamertag is banned from Xbox Live till 31.12.9999.

The conduct that caused this suspension may include but is not limited to:

Altering the appearance of your avatar outside of officially supported tools

Illegitimately gaining achievements or avatar awards

Manipulating watermarks, tenure level, or other account identifiers

Unauthorized changes to in-game parameters

Making unauthorized modifications to your account or profile

I don't changed anything on my console, to my avatar my achievements or anything else just got banned.

When will it be lifted?

So my Xbox and account that I spent thousands of dollars on and that I had for YEARS, just gets permanently banned for no reason and now there is absolutely no way for me to reach out for an enforcement team member?

Ok Smwutches why can't a account be lifted off a perm banned seems kinda harsh and greedy for a company to banned a account thats been apart of xbox for 15+ years with the amount of dlc and money spent on games. Considering I wasn't even the cause of my account being perm in the first place. It should be negotiable atleast for the thousands I spent.

This could happend to anyone who could have spent thousands Of dollars on their account and one day they just wake up and it's banned and they can't do nothing about it! Xbox enforcement team is total complete BS!!
