    Xbox live connection?

    I am having a problem with my connection to Xbox live. I know it's not my network because I also have an Xbox one and it works fine. When I log into my live account it takes a while to load then it gives me an error. Even the dashboard won't show any xbox
    live things. When I got to test my connection, it takes a good while, but it works. Then right after I go back to the dashboard and it gives me the same error. Please help!

    Music plays from dashboard but not in game

    So, my music that i'm streaming from my computer through a wired connection plays on my dashboard via Music Library and Windows Media Center but takes a really long time to load some songs. And the music that I try to play in game will not load and I receive
    an error "Can't play music. Try playing the music in the Xbox Dashboard to troubleshoot the problem. Status code: 04-800705b4". Some songs play while i'm in game but many do not. The songs that don't play while in game take very long to load in the dashboard
    as well. Please help, I tried calling Xbox Customer Support but they suck.

    Does it freeze and you have to restart or freeze for a while then loads? Sometimes it just takes a while to load the area.

    Some games like this simply take a while to load, if reinstalling doesn't fix then it's just a game that takes a while.

    Please try the following steps one at a time to resolve the issue:



    Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console



    1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    3. Plug the console power cable back in.

    4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

    Solution 2: Check for any pending game updates.



    Go to “My Apps & Games”, select Minecraft, and press the more options button. From the list, select “Manage game & add-ons” and then “Updates”. Any updates will be available here.

    Solution 3: Try to uninstall and reinstall the game.



    Solution 4: Do a factory reset



    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

    3. Select Reset console.

    4. Reset and keep my games & apps.

    Why is my xbox taking forever to load into my account?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    "1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

    If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps."
