    My Xbox Account on 360


    So I love to play COD : Black Ops 2 zombies, however there is an issue, every 30 - 45 minutes my account decides to disconnect from the internet! This happens on my Xbox 360 and my Xbox One S when on a backwards compatible game! I've attempted to look up
    what the problem is and what I can do to fix it but get met with dead ends at almost every turn. The times I had found other people with this problem was only twice, yet the people at Microsoft would only link them to dead link sites, so thats a bust. This
    is not an issue with my internet, my nat type, nor the console, it is an error contained in my account yet I am unable to get any assistance from Microsoft due to their awful support pages not allowing you to get help unless your problem has been listed on
    the page! I just wanna play zombies with the boys.

    Please message me if you have a solution to this issue or have an idea that may assist in this issue.

    If you are just simply trying to add a profile you had on your Xbox 360 to your Xbox One, you can do so by just putting in the login information for that account on your Xbox One.
    The problem is that I never linked my xbox 360 to my xbox live account, and now it don't want to. So I'm trying to link my xbox live account to my xbox 360, but all I get are error messages.

    My account is linked to my xbox one without any problems, but in order to save xbox 360 game data on my xbox one, I have to download my/a xbox 360 profile, which I can't do because my profile won't connect to xbox live.

    Usually I would just play my 360 games on the xbox 360, but unfortunately my xbox 360 can't run games due to a hardware malfunction.
