My xbox account isn't working

I can't login or add Xbox account to my Xbox one X, I have 0x80a40010 error . All advices on Xbox page isn't working for me, can you help me?

MY xbox isn't working!

I keep on trying to connect to my network and does not connect. I don't know why because the WiFi connection is working for my other devices. Please does anybody know what to do to fix this problem?

There are still several ongoing issues open at the moment, some of these are to do with game profiles, online purchases and accounts.

Can you sign into www.xbox.com, and confirm your account is working fine.

please check if all information is fine and up to date on both links. Also check

http://account.microsoft.com/services

for any payment issues.

If all information shows correctly and no issues with signing in on those pages, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
   
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

3. Redownload your profile

Same problem. Performed hard reset, reset of all settings and data and nothing helped. According to recent posts something is wrong with microsoft services

 

When these issues happen it doesn't really affect your profile. Its our Xbox live CORE services, that were having the issue at this time. Everything from signing in to matchmaking could be affected. Always check our Xbox
live status to make sure its our systems and not your equipment. Our engineers work around the clock to ensure our community has the best experience as possible, but system outages for whatever reason do still occur and maintenance is ongoing to find
