My Xbox account is locked and I can't access it

Hello, have a nice day. I am in Iran and I have a Microsoft account on Xbox. Recently, Xbox gives a new error saying that your account is locked, then it says go to the website and enter your number. I also dialed my number several times, but the code did not come after a few minutes. A barrage of codes came, but the code didn't work anymore. Then when I tried to call my number again, it says that we can't send a code to this number. Please tell me why this is the case. I have all the games in my account.

I currently use Google Chrome, and it still gives me this issue. I can't even access my Xbox live Account anymore! Because it's locked.

Anyone got any info on this one? Still locked out of my xbox account. Seem to be able to access it on pc from microsoft account. When i log in on xbox it tells me about information cellection but won't log me in or progress. Can't play games or access youtube.

oops..Correction- I can't access Account or Privacy (they are locked or shaded out)

When an account it's locked or blocked, if the account has 2fa active, they can't unblock/unlock, as they can't access the account, but if you manage to get access and then you use the 2fa with your data, anyone else will be able to access it
