My Xbox Account is hacked!!!

they hack my xbox Account, change my user and get 2x Money from my Bank! I can't change my Password behause i'am in Hospital. I am very stincky about Microsoft behause you don't get the Accounts Safe. I want to delete my unsafe membership, but I can't in
Moment Behause the LAN is restricted In Hospital and i'am here for some more weeks. Can you delete it? If something More Happens i make Microsoft responsible for my damage Behause this is a very Bad working!

I don't get fishing Mails or enything Else. Therefore Must my Account be hacked on your side. So you lost my faith and my membership.

Hey, can you give us some more details about how it happened? If I understand correctly, you're currently in possession of the account? The hacker is no longer using it?

If yes, I really suggest that you immediately contact the Xbox support and explain to them what exactly happened. If you can somehow prove, or make them believe that you truly got hacked they might revert the communication ban. I think that it's your best bet good luck!

this would have prevented any attacker to gain Access to your account, especially if you set up 2step authentication.
