My xbox account is broken

Try signing into your account on the computer at account.microsoft.com it sounds like your account may be set up as a child account, if this is the case you may need to sign into the parent account. but you should be able to sign into the website

I can't click the sign in button, even when i somehow managed to sign in, I click on the settings button on the profile, it just brings me to the support page to change your child's xbox privacy settings.

I click on xbox setting link, it brings me back to the same page linked above

And i am getting very frustrated because i dont even have a parent account connected to my account

And please make this website and the xbox app a little bit easier to use because at this moment it feels like i have to have a rocket science education to use it.

I would definitely try communicating with Xbox support as this is something that they would need to assist with.

I'm sure it says current network status IPv4

Which internet connection do you have?

IPv4 or IPv6?
