My Xbox Account is banned

So I have been away for 3 days at my grandparents and I've been letting my friend use my Xbox Account for the past 3 days so he can have fun with my account. So I come home today at about 3:30pm EST, and turn on my Xbox and try to join my friend's party
only to find out that I couldn't. So I checked my messages and there was an Xbox Enforcement message. So I went to my Enforcement history and it says I was banned at 11am EST today due to "inappropriate messages" and things along those lines. The ban says
it will be up in 2 weeks on 1/27/17. i checked my messages more and I found what I think migt have gotten my account banned, my friend was added to a group while Inwas gone and he used some harsh language in there and someone reported him. Since I've came
home today and found out, I've tild my friend to stay off my account but unfortunately I'm still banned for 2 weeks because of someone else's actions and I can't talk in parties. If anyone can help to get me unbanned that would be much appreciated and I'd
be very grateful. I just wanna play some Stardew Valley

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

You can try submitting a case review at
http://enforcement.xbox.com but per the terms of service, you are responsible for your account at all times. It is a violation of the code of conduct to share your account and this is one of the reasons why.

So I was recently banned on a different account. i have 2 accounts on my xbox 360 console my other account and this account. is it possible if i get an xbox one and login through this account and not get banned or will i get banned on the xbox one if i login
with this account since it was on the xbox banned console i have when it got banned

Say the banned account was my home Xbox before the ban. Would I be able to play the games the banned account owned online on another account on that Xbox?

so ur telling me i cant un ban my xbox because the other persons account on my xbox was banned my console was banned i was never on that account it was on the xbox when i got it

I got a perma ban on the account i bought it on (ban came from my brother who i no longer share an account with) but i thought the game licence stays on the xbox. Also the account that has the perma ban is still on my xbox. When i got the perma ban and
made this account i got a console ban for using a new account before the console ban i had it and when my console ban was lifted i cant find most games i want to download :/
