My xbox account is banned and I don't know why.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not use the forums so no one here can tell you. The only information they will give you is what is provided on the enforcement site. They will not give specifics.

generally the report system is now being used by other players as a tool to get back at players that they cant win against, i received a communication ban on my account 2 days ago after a few days playing only competitive games, the harassment ban will be
ending at a different time to your original suspension so you just have to wait until its over becasue the appeal system for the enforcement team is a joke and nothing ever gets overturned even if you can prove otherwise

Its till year 9999, so will I just be unbanned at some point, doesn't seem like a ban appeal review would be very helpful

This seems like a permanent suspension. An account suspension completely blocks the affected account from being able to sign in to the Xbox Live service for the duration of the suspension. Account suspensions are issued for a specified duration, often of
1, 7, or 14 days, though egregious or repeated violations can result in a permanent suspension.

You suspension was most likely due to a violation of the code of conduct. Whatever you'd said was reported and when the Xbox Enforcement Team reviewed it could have given a 1 or 2 day suspension or even a week but it appears it was
bad enough for a 2 week suspension.

2) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can provide the reason or proof why you were banned.

3) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can change the state of ANY suspension or ban.

4) Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account.

7) If someone is making offensive remarks to you, do not reply back to them. Report and block them.

- If you're in a party chat and offensive remarks are being made. Your account may receive a suspension just for being in that party if the party is reported.

8) It's your account and you're responsible for it. If you let a friend use your account and they violate they Code of Conduct or Terms of Use with your account, then it's your account that will be penalized.
