My xbox account got locked out and I cant get back in.

I no longer have the same phone number or debit card that were attached to my account. I also have never used my outlook email as I have never used it aside from creating my account. I've tried doing the account recovery but apparently don't have substantial
evidence it is my account. I just repaid my xbox live as well as adding a years worth of live via prepaid xbox card which was converted into 4 months of the Ultimate. The next day it said there was unusual activity on my account and ive been locked out since.
I've had this account for years now and cant afford to make another one or lose all the games ive purchased over that time. I alos have a tik tok and instagram page dedicated to this account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You would have to call xbox directly Here and go over troubleshooting over the phone, thats the best I can reccomend as ambassadors and other players cannot access
your account for you, only microsoft/xbox support can!

I agree, aside from calling 1-800-4my-xbox, I think this is the best course of action. Only other option would be the number I listed which is below as well. I had an account issue a few years back and was asked email a copy of my driver's license and a
few other things to prove myself. Not sure how they do it now. But please be patient and respectful as they have a process to follow even if it does seem like are moving slow, these things take time.

Hello Kayleigh, we have received some similar occurrences here in the community regarding the sending of SMS codes, but unfortunately we still don't have any official information from Microsoft.

In summary, I met some guy through a mutual friend, and we talked a bit, before he got mad at me, after he got mad at me he sends me a photo on xbox with what he called a script, it was just a bunch of numbers and letters and I had no clue what it meant, next thing i know this "script" had locked my account and I cant get it back because of 2FA, it just says it will be locked forever. He also threatened me and told me he had the name of my school i go to. I have all of this in voice recordings from the party at the time. I just want to get my account back as it was wrongfully locked by some hacker.
