    My xbox account dissapeared and I lost Minecraft


    Hello, I play Minecraft Java Edition and a week ago I just formatted my laptop. I reinstalled Minecraft Launcher, when I joined my Microsoft account I had to write a gamertag again, then I writted just anything and I noticed that if I wanted to play Minecraft I'd have to pay it again.
    I dont know why that happened I use the same Microsoft account yet i looks like my xbox account changed. I tried contacting xbox but the call system doesn't work.

    I'd really hope someone can help me because contacting xbox or Microsoft really seems imposible.

    Hi Jutarda, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    You may have signed in under the wrong Microsoft account, Jutarda.

    Kindly check all Microsoft accounts that you have and then try to sign in to the Minecraft Launcher again.

    If the Gamertag is different there is a big chance that it's under the wrong Microsoft account, Jutarda. If you have another Microsoft account that you can check, that would be great.

    Hello and thanks for your help, unfortunately I'm complety sure that I'm using the correct Microsoft account, because everytime I logged in with a code and not a password so I have those mails.
