    has been blocked and i use it for my main xbox account (******) My xbox account with the email was blocked by you microsoft because i hadn't been online for 1 week and recently bought 2 things, farcry primal and crew 2. The verification doesn't work because
    i never added a creditcard but it asks if i have one and what emails i sent and received but i only used it for my xbox. I filled in my xbox live device id but thats apparently not enough. Whats weird because its the device what i used it for. I filled it
    in the ascr but it keeps rejecting me. Pls help.

    That's just the thing. My hotmail's been blocked and I can't log in to my hotmail. So I can't confirm my old password because it's blocked.

    When you say its blocked what exactly is happening?

    Have you forgotten the password?

    when you try and sign into the account what happens?

    Try and sign into the account at account.live.com and tell us what happens?

    The stupidity is utter, I was given a lock for no reason, there are literally no reasons for blocking, they are not written in the appropriate windows, but I invested money in the account, I just need to suck my finger and put up with it?
