My xbox acc cant communicate after the suspension date that was given on the xbox enforcement ...

My xbox acc was given 2 bans, xbox live and communications. I checked on the xbox enforcement page and it had both suspenions listed and both dates in which the suspensions were going to be over. Im well passed the due date for the suspensions to be over
and only my xbox live has returned but im yet not able to communicate even after the suspension time said on the enforcement page is over.

Console suspension

So when you have an end date on the console for suspension , because I've recently had a console suspension & it ended but I can communicate still . It ended July 8th & im still no able to communicate but I can play online & send messages from Xbox smartglass
. but I can't communicate . so would that be a problem on there end or mines . & take note it wasn't a account suspension it was a console suspension which started July 1st & was supposed to end July 8 . But I hasn't ended . & I would also like to know has
anyone ever experienced this & what happened if you did .

 

Xbox Live Suspension for 5 months

My Xbox account was suspended in on June 26th 2017 - July 10th 2017 at 5:08 am. After the expired time. the account was still suspended. When I contacted the Xbox customer service I was informed that it expires some time in October....this was never stated...July
10th 2017 was the date of expiration for the suspension....what gives....I want a proper response for this as customer service is unaware. Futhermore, why does the enforcement team have so much power but you can not effectively communicate with them?

 

Hey ReD ViSiOnZz! Double check the Enforcement email detailing your suspension/bans and make sure the dates have passed. Post back and let us know what you find!

i got 2 messages on my xbox from the enforcement team and it gave me a link to check the bann and get more info, so i checked and wrote down when both bans were going to be done. I received the communications banned first... it was given on 9/7/2017 until
9/19/2017. Then the 2nd bann was xbox live... given from 9/9/2017 until 9/23/2017. I got my xbox live back on the 23rd but i didnt get back my communications.

 

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
4. Attempt to use the social features now.

These step are suppose to help establish the console communications after a suspensions
