My Xbox 360s won't play disks or downloaded games after downloading oblivion

Today I finished my download for oblivion. Then after it finished I tried to play a DVD. But it didn't work so I thought the disk just wasnt compatible. But then I tried to play GTA 4 and it would load a black screen and stay there. It would do the same
when I tried to play games I had downloaded like minecraft and magic the gathering. What did I do to fix this problem? my xbox was playing games earlier today.

Can't Play Any Games other than borderlands & L4D2.

Um Its not my disks that won't read. Its my downloaded games that won't play, and any game that is installed. My downloaded games and installed games register as unreadable disk. Aren't they supposed to read off of the hard drive.

xStasis I tried holding the button down and even taking the plug out after since I had seen it suggested in my search. I turned the internet off and did a disk install after it froze doing an update. The disk fully installed but again froze on the 2nd loading screen. Ive got the patch downloading again now and it says ready to play but now with this downloading I cant get past the 1st loading screen.
Im honestly not trying to be a troll just want to play the game.

 

It seems to be a common issue, try this: it isn't really a solution, but it will reveal if it is the same problem most seem to be having, disconnect your console from the internet and see if the unplayable games and applications can be run.
