No none of these things you all say work ! so dont tell me to read them mate coz i did and its not helpful... I connect that **** xbox to my pc, and it wont let me to "allow" it in windows media player. i do the same thing when i connect both of them to
my router and it wont allow me it either... there seems to be a problem with the fricking dns... does the DNS has to be the same in my xbox and in the pc ? or does it have to be different?

No no, As I said I joined this site in the spring, and just bought my 4th 360 a week ago which is the only 360 I've ever connected to the internet.

Yes Actually I was using my friends Xbox, due to My 360 Elite's Ethernet Gateway is fried and wont allow me to connect to Live.. But I gave it back to him now. I will need to be connected to do what you're suggesting, right???!!??? Also I was using my own
Hard Drive when I borrowed his 360. I don;t know if that will help any???
