My xbox 360 will not read my gta 5 disk anymore

I was playing my gta 5 game one day and it randomly froze and now wont load pass the screen where u choose either online or story mode and sometimes it will freeze my whole console i have deleted the games data and redownloaded it and it still wont work
what should i do?

Xbox 360 disk drive HELP!!!!

So i have had my Xbox 360 for over 3 years and it worked great until about 9 months ago. It started making weird / harsh sounds any time i would close the disk tray without a disk in it. Then it wouldn't open at all if the disk tray was empty. then sometimes
it wouldnt read GTA 5 a game i played almost every day, after that it burned a ring in it. Now it just wont read GTA 5 at all unless i am very lucky. I have even taken the step of getting GTA 5 resurfaced but the problem still persists. it also wont read COD:
Black ops II at all, and sometimes it wont read games out my collection that it just did and will read others that are in worse condition.

PS. im sorry i made a monster of a forum but i felt like the more info the more answers.

Hello guys, I have a problem my gta 5 is very scratched and my console does not read it, the disk can be fixed

2.mi forza horizon is not scratched, but my console does not read this and stays reading it, I need help please

 

Have you tried the GTA disc on a different console? Do other game discs work properly on your console?

If the disc does not work on a different console as well, try to clean the disc, or contact Rockstar Games support for a replacement disc.

If other games don't work on your console as well, then try to play a cleaning disc on your console. If that doesn't resolve the issue, try the steps
