    My Xbox 360 will not connect to Xbox Live.


    I have the right password for the wi-fi, but then it'll test the connection and it always has a problem with the network. But then I when I open my guide, it will give me the normal options, as if I am connected. So, I hit sign in, and it signs me in, but
    disconnects from Xbox Live. I don't know what to do. Please help?

    Hi guys... i'm having a problem to connect my Xbox live account in Xbox 360. Yesterday my xbox live account was working very good... but, ttoday i've tried everything for connect in my xbox live account on my xbox 360...and nothing worked.

    I've changed the password of my microsoft acccount, and i got to connect im my xbox live account on PC ( on brownser), but even with the new password, i still can not connect in my xbox live account on xbox 360.

    Help me please!

    Hi Stephen, can you try clearing your cache (if it doesn't work the first, please do it again 3 times in a row)? Do you get any particular error message?

    You should be able to connect it from the console directly without the Xbox App as the Xbox 360 predates the app by many years. Or is it not allowing it?
