my xbox 360 suddenly turns off

After a year of not using my xbox 360, yesterday I decided to use it. Everything was fine until it suddenly turned off, so I turned it off and let it rest until today however the same problem continues. It should be noted that the console does not have
problems with the power system nor does it heat up to high temperatures. It also has problems connecting to xbox live and internet

Thanks for reaching out with this situation to us here on the forums. I understand your console is suddenly and unexpectedly turning itself on and ejecting the disc tray on its own is that correct? Is there any way that a controller of some kind may be being
used to turn it on? It could be malfunctioning in the buttons on the face of the console as well.

2 step verification is turned off...this is not the issue. It started happening suddenly on 3/18/22 for no apparent reason on Xbox 360. None of the other fixes seem to help here either. Issue is on Microsoft's end.
