    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with peculiar freezing issue on your 360.

    If your console is consistently freezing at your dashboard, then I would suggest trying the steps outlined our

    Xbox 360 Screen Freeze Solution    .

    If that doesn't do the trick then I would suggest rolling back your console update as listed under
    Solution 7 of our other article entitled
    Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console     as it's a great troubleshooting step for making the console run a little smoother.

    When you get a chance, give those guides and steps a shot and let us know how that helped.

    Does this happen with the same usb or different external storages? Have you updated your console before this?

    Minecraft won't stop freezing...

    Even when I go through the inventory tutorial, Minecraft freezes. It's only Minecraft that's freezing by the way, my Xbox 360 doesn't and I can dashboard.
