    I can not download my xbox 360 live account. The reason I deleted it was because it said that the profile was corrupt. I only deleted the profile not the items. Now when I try to download my profile it just says "sorry, xbox live profiles can't be downloaded
    right now. Please try again later. 8007045D. Do you know what I could do to fix this or what I did wrong?

    I fixed it.

    Go to Xbox.com and find your security settings for your profile, then find "Xbox 360 Profile Protection" and set it to require the profile to redownload the profile every time you sign in (this will also sign you off of all 360 consoles you were previously signed into).

    Since my 360 had been set up to automatically sign in, I'm thinking the Xbox One thought I was still signed in on my 360, and obviously you can't be signed in on multiple Xbox's on the same profile at the same time, so it flagged an error.

    At least that's my guess. I also cleared my Xbox 360 local data and did a console restart.

    Just follow those steps and it should hopefully be fixed.

    So does that mean i cant transfer my 360 gamertag to my xbox one and keep my achievements and gamerscore from the 360 profile?

    For that particular suggestion, the top solution I'm seeing is to clear the cache.

    Here's how:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    After that, try again to download the profile.

    If it's still a no-go, clear the cache again, turn off the console, turn off and on the router, then start up the console and try again to download the profile.

    I meant to say -- "For that particular issue", not "suggestion". Oops.

    It did not work. And now when I bring up my storage it says it is completely empty.

    I'd venture a guess that you have a counterfeit HDD.

    Not sure which part you didn't understand so..

    Counterfeit: A third party item acting as if it was the real thing, usually violating copyrights.

    HDD: Hard Disc Drive, an older, still widely used storage device.

    But check to see if you are using the correct log in and password, that's a mistake many people make.

    Just one thing i have a xbox 360 and a xbox one and basically i would like to give my 360 console to my daughter if i make her a profile on my 360 can she use my games on the 360 that are on the HD on the new profile if i delete my profile of the 360.
