    My Xbox 360 live account keeps signing out when I log into my Xbox.


    My Xbox 360 Live account keeps Signing out when I sign in with my Xbox account on the consol. I bought the Xbox Live Pass it worked well for 2 weeks but now I have this problem i don not know what do do I have tried everything but nothing. Please help.

    When i was going to play an Xbox 360 game on an Xbox One through Xbox Live, it keeps telling me to sign in to Xbox Live in order to play online. I tried to download my profile with good internet connection, but i always get this: ¨Sorry, there´s a problem
    with the credentials that you´re using to sign in. Go to https//account.live.com to fix the problem¨. I pressed Can´t access my account and it kicked me out on my Xbox 360 game.

    Hi there. Thank you for your reply.

    I sign into my profile on my Xbox 360, and when I sign in it signs me out of Xbox live. When I sign out of my profile I can sign back into Xbox Live again. it signs me out of Xbox live every time I sign into my profile.

    80151912 can’t connect to Xbox live

    I have tried clearing cache, setting up a static iP address, doing a full reset on my console (where you clear it out but keep games and apps) and nothing has resolved this issue.

    I still cannot connect to Xbox live when playing an Xbox 360 game and since I deleted my account in an effort to re-download it, it is gone and I can't even sign into my Xbox 360 online account. And CANNOT PLAY ANY OF MY GAMES THAT REQUIRE ME TO SIGN IN.
